Design Notes

We consider the E1010 performance in the aspect of its efficiency and its DNA size, in afraid of giving gene express too much burden.


Source

We truncated INPNC ourselves, derive C16 from Streptococcus Mutants and we ligate an igem BBa_E1010 RFP at the tail of this surface display gene.
